Brighton Diver Rampion wind farm tours

Paul was friendly and helpful when I called to book, and has a very sensible system of having clients call the day before to check that conditions are suitable for sailing. I also received a very helpful email confirming my booking and providing directions and useful information about the trip. As for the actual tour - it was wonderful! A fast, comfortable ride out to the wind farm, and then we spend a good amount of time moving slowly amongst the turbines for a close-up look, while Paul provided us with a wealth of interesting and amusing facts about the planning, construction, and day-to-day running of the enterprise. It is one of the most beautiful things I have ever seen. After that we headed back via a gentle excursion along the Brighton & Hove coastline, passing both the piers. Well worth the price, and thoroughly recommended! Thanks, Paul!!

Moved to Hove last year and always thought the wind farm was majestic. A visit from my friend from LA prompted us to take the trip to show him the highlights of the south coast. The trip didn’t disappoint, with a perfect autumn sunny day. Paul was great at arranging a change in the time to suit the weather better. Would highly recommend this trip.

My husband & I took my Dad on the wind farm boat trip a couple of months ago on a beautiful sunny day. It really was a lovely experience, the boat was great, and Paul was very knowledgeable. Dad absolutely loved it - an afternoon filled with happy memories to cherish. Whether you're visiting Brighton, or are a local, I recommend booking up!

Wish I could rate 0 stars, never received the service. Paid a large sum of money for the dates to attend and the tour was cancelled, twice! Spoke with Paul Dyer on the phone who was not only unhelpful but very rude and stated that he needed more money to do the trip even though it did not go ahead due to cancellations on his behalf. Very uncooperative throughout contact and poor communication. Do not book with them, it is also not the cheapest service doing this trip!

This trip was the highlight of our bank holiday weekend! Paul is very friendly and knew loads about the wind farm and how it was constructed. There were 3 separate groups and we all had different areas so no COVID concerns. Thank you!

Absolutely superb service from Steve - a real gent. Very knowledgeable and made it a trip to remember.He has a lot of very interesting facts about the wind farm and the bonus of getting a coastal tour of Brighton on the way back.Worth every penny an amazing trip. The boat is really spacious modern and clean.

Brilliant tour of the offshore windfarm at Brighton. 6 of us had booked as a group and we were given one half of the boat with screens separating us from the other guests. Felt very secure the whole time. Paul’s got a great skill at telling the technical history of the turbines in plain English. Tour came in about 1h 45 but honestly I think that was all that was needed to give us a decent overview without it dragging on. Would definitely recommend.
