CUPP Bubble Tea - Victoria Road
Went on opening day and was worth waiting in the queue. Bubble tea is my favourite treat, and a friend had recommended Cupp to me before since I'm not fond of overly-sweet or high-fructose-syrup bubble tea, so my husband and I thought we'd give it a go. I had the oat milk classic tea with tapioca boba. Absolutely worth it, one of the best bubble teas I've had. Definitely going again.

I expected this to be good as I've tried their tea's in London many times however the standard is not the same unfortunately.Got their classic milk tea's with tapioca boba and honestly it wasn't great at all. It seemed like the milk was off and it didn't have the sweetness one would expect. Maybe it was just a bad batch. My partner felt the same. Unfortunately unable to drink them and had to bin them. For the price you're paying for them I would advise to go elsewhere which are way better.

CUPP bubble tea is hands down one of the best bubble tea shops I have ever visited. Their bubble tea does not disappoint! They have so many flavours and options to choose from, and everything I've tried so far has been absolutely delicious. The drinks are not too sweet and made with fresh fruits which is fabulous!The staff are always friendly, helpful, and they are very quick to make the bubble teas.I highly recommend if you are looking for a high quality bubble tea!!

There are other bubble tea places that have stronger specialties, or a better atmosphere. However Cupp is the most efficient, consistent place for me to get my milk tea from. The staff are super friendly and helpful, and will most definitely help someone unsure of what to get for their first order.

Really enjoyed getting bubble tea at this place. Staff workers are really chill and the bubble tea is amazing. Location is really good as well as there aren't many other bubble tea places in the area.

I've been many times in this store friendly welcoming staff and the drinks are amazing. I have tried different fruit bubble tea combinations but Brown sugar premium always win.

Ordered 4 drinks from this place on two different occasions. Both times messed up the orders.Unable to add tapico to the bubble tea order even though asked for it. You end up with sweet milk a bit of ice. Mixed up the ingredients to what was ordered.Incompetant staff both occasions 2 different servers.I wouldn't waste my time with this place or money again.If you want proper bubble tea i'd recommend HI Tea in Breahead.Update: Had orginally contacted customer service before posting this google review. But again not really helpful. Please check your inbox.

CUPP Bubble Tea - Victoria Road
I got the classic bubble tea with tapioca boba. First time I've been there and unfortunately this wasn't great. Nothing like the other places were I've had this. Staff were excellent and pleasant but I didn't enjoy this at all. I will go back but this time try their fruit tea's.
