Jaimini Beauty Clinic

I recently went to Jaimini’s to get my hair cut. I was very specific with what I wanted and even showed Jaimini multiple pictures. I’ve been going to jamini for years and never had a complaint. I’ve never asked her to style my bangs and the first time I’ve asked it wasn’t my desired result. There’s no dimension at all. It doesn’t blend into my hair , just looks like a huge chunk has been taken off the front of my hair. I did say this to jaimini and politely but she took it in the wrong way and thought I insulted her profession. She was very unprofessional and got agitated and shouted at me to leave her salon. I’m very upset with the event that occurred. It doesn’t seem fair to me that I’m so unhappy with my hair and on top of that I was shouted at and spoken to very rudely when disputed.Very disappointed with the customer service and the service in general.I don’t usually write bad reviews but I was so upset with the service and disrespect I encountered.

Just had a microdermabrasion facial and remembered why I’d stopped coming to this awful place!!I have this treatment regularly at a more professional salon with a kind, friendly, gentle professional. However as that salon is temporarily closed and I needed an appointment at short notice, I took one here and regret it. No matter how infrequently you go here, the staff are always abrupt, unfriendly and unprofessional!! The woman doing the treatment was so heavy handed I felt like she was scraping my face. Halfway through she asked me to move to a different place and had the audacity to ask if I’d arrived late!!! I had rang ahead of time to say I’d be 4 minutes late and when I arrived they still were not ready for me. I went into the treatment room and switched the light on and waited until she turned up!!!Besides the interruption of being moved midway, a member of staff came into the room panicking about a personal matter and needing to leave. Whilst I have every bit of compassion for her, it was quite unprofessional to then hear all the staff including the owner reacting loudly whilst you’re trying to have a relaxing treatment. Besides scar along my face, the woman who did my treatment mixed the mask aggressively and slapped it on in the most unpleasant way. The whole experience was awful and the opposite of gentle, calming or relaxing. Absolute will not ever return to this place. I would excuse the tired and dated look of the salon if the people were nicer but they’re not ever nice at this place! Do not recommend!!!

I had the herbal facial today and it was amazing! I booked here as a last minute as my other facial got cancelled elsewhere and I'm so glad I did. Enjoyed it more than my usual other place- on time and not rushed like a lot of places.Very good value for nearly an hour of a facial. Relaxing but I can also see results already (smoother skin and radiant). Very lovely staff too :)

My experience was poor. I went for a facial, & it was supposed to be a relaxing treatment. All I could hear was people in the next room, doors opening & closing whilst my treatment was going on.. What made it worse is that my sister & I went together. Her treatment started,I was waiting, which is understandable as people get late. My lady came 15 mins after. You would think that after my sister had hers done that mine would last an extra 15 mins right- well no it didn't. She rushed it. The worst thing about the experience was I had this treatment ages ago and the same thing happened. Giving it the benefit of the doubt I tried again before making a formal complaint. The answer I got was shocking. YOU HAVE HAD THE TREATMENT BEFORE AND YOU WERE NOT SATISFIED SO WHY DID YOU COME AGAIN? YOU WOULD HAVE LEARNT" I was shocked to hear this response"

The Receptionist who works here and is apparently also the manager is quite unprofessional and argumentative. She gave me two completely different prices for eyebrow threading - on the phone she clearly said £3 and in the clinic she was trying to charge me a higher price - Beware guys! They will change the price on the spot and start to argue with the customer. I paid the original price and asked for proof. I was supposed to receive a call back from the clinic, but never did which says a lot about their professionalism and as people.

I came here today with my little sister for my ear piercing and was very pleased with everything. Staff are really friendly and helpful. I didn't even have a pre booked appointment but they still managed to get it done.Definitely recommend!

my mum came in to get her face waxed the day before my engagement party. the waxer has ripped her skin off and she now has a huge pus filled area on her cheek. she went to jaiminis to let them know what had happened and they gaslight her and told her that her skin has become like that because she is stressed and refused to offer something as simple as a refund. me and my mum have been going there for years and will NEVER be going to jaimins again due to the horrific customer service and even worse waxing skills. i recommend everyone to steer clear or this place

The service was good. Harpreet was nice. Initially I had to point out few things but after that she took extra care and did everything well. I had a good, nice conversation with her too. thank you. and then I had a hair cut with Jaimini. It was good but then I got a feedback on my hair that it does not look like anything has changed, so i am confused. but she was really sweet. Receptionist Meera was very friendly and so sweet. Love her approach to clients. Thank you. Had a good pamper session.
