Brimington Dental Practice

Received call today at 11.15 am inviting me to call back to put my details on the waiting list for nhs after I left a message with them at the wkend. Call back today at 3.30pm. They have no idea who call and information incorrect no nhs waiting list !!!

2nd visit to practice to see dental technician.What a lovely professional manner,puts you at ease and explains everything as he goes and teaches nurse at same time.Best dental practice I've ever been to.Seen on time and well run and friendly.

I have really bad anxiety about visiting dentists after a bad experience, but here I'm put at ease and made to feel safe , highly recommend this dental practice thankyou so much for being understanding x

I would recommend this dental practice honestly to anyone and everyoneI had my wisdom tooth extracted on the 20th of June and though I was so anxious the dental surgeon was very gentle and extremely lovely, no complications and in the end I had nothing to worry aboutIf I could give more stars I absolutely would. The staff are lovely also

After calling 6 dentists, Brimington was the first to register me and offer an appointment. If the treatment is as good as the receptionist, bring it on! Thank you x

Paid £25 for a 2 minute appointment where the dentist clearly stated that I need an urgent appointment within 2 weeks to find out at the reception that I have to pay and extra £45 in advance (for a cleaning) . The dentist said it will be 1h appointment whilst the reception said it will be just 30 minutes.When I have asked for the dates available they said they can't provide me any dates before I pay. How is that? How can you pay in advance without knowing if you can attend the appointment?Terrible management, where do you pay in advance for a treatment that you don't even know if you can attend??!Is like going to a travel agency to ask for a holiday in Dubai and them to say you have yo pay the full package before they can provide you with the availability.Absolutely ridiculous! You are mocking your customers!

Thoroughly annoyed today after ringing through to try and get an appointment due to one of my teeth falling apart to be told that I've not been in a couple of years therefore I am no longer a member. Now there is an 18 month wait list. How ridiculous!Basically this is a money making scheme to keep you going regularly and spending money!

I tried to book an appointment 2 weeks ago to have a filling done and who I was on the phone to placed it down as a check up, so I've not been able to have my filling done and have had to pay for another appointment to get it done. I'm not impressed especially at 23 pound an appointment plus however much for the stuff they need and for a student that can't be affording this everytime, because someone either didn't bother and wasn't listening to put the appointment down right I've being going here for years and honestly didn't expect anything better.
