birth-ed : Hypnobirthing and Antenatal Classes

Having second baby and wanted something easy to watch in the evening when my toddler was asleep - the birth-ed online course was perfect. Easy bite size sessions and helped remind me of hypnobirthing techniques as well as different types of birth. Great resources such as templates and audio relaxations with the course are a great added extra!

I would highly recommend Megan’s course and also her events if you’re local to Surrey! I went to her pregnancy retreat and afterwards brought the hypnobirthing course. The birth-ed course was everything I needed for my second birth. I had attended the NCT course for my first birth, the birth-ed course was a fantastic refresher. I learnt so much.The course is very affordable and made me feel very informed. My husband and I did the online course and it was amazing. We felt pretty clued up already as we had done antenatal classes and birth education with our doula but I’m so glad we did birth-ed too.Meghan is an amazing presenter. Concepts are broken down and risks and benefits are laid out so participants can make informed choices. The hypnobirthing tracks are great and I really valued the bump club emails, the Facebook group and insta content. Doing the course made me excited about birth. I planned a home birth and whilst I mostly laboured at home my birth wasn’t straightforward and I had an emergency c-section. However, I feel I still had a positive birth. The course prepared me for what to expect during a c-section so I wasn’t phased by the amount of people in the room and I made choices in my labour that lead to the safe delivery of my baby. The online Birth-ed course was a brilliant resource for us in pregnancy and labour.
