Best Western Lothersdale Hotel
Best avoided very poor customer service rude and surly reception clerk, she was not at all welcoming, refused to let us check in and leave bags prior to 3pm. We were asked to specify a time we wanted breakfast. Lifts confusing with split floor levels. Room small and smelt stale. On a positive note we had plenty of tea bags in the room, there was a hairdryer and iron/ ironing board. Overall the place felt dingy and old fashioned we wouldn’t stay again.

Best Western Lothersdale Hotel
Didn't actually stay here but we did have a really nice coffee and an amazing gluten free brownie we sat outside looking at the view of the lake district. The staff were lovely it was so nice to find somewere a little more up market than the usual seafront offerings of Morecombe. It is such a shame Morecombe has so many old beautiful buildings it could be so much more with the right investment. I feel like I want to wave a magic wand and bring it back to life.

Best Western Lothersdale Hotel
We visited 3 weeks ago, arriving at 6.30pm, and managed to get the last free parking space (parking was free between 6pm and 8am) on the road next to the hotel.There is paid parking opposite the hotel if you need it.Comfortable, simple room with a brilliant view of the beach, we also watched the sunset from our bedroom window.Lovely staff, very helpful and friendly.Great location, not too far from seafront activities.

Was put in this hotel for work and couldn't have been happier! The rooms were great, the food was good and the staff made the stay really special. Would definitely recommend and would happily stay again. Thank you guys for everything!

Best Western Lothersdale Hotel
We had an enjoyable weekend here. Our room was clean, the bed large and comfortable. The room itself wasn't the biggest but was fine for a weekend. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent and the view from the restaurant was amazing. Bar prices were typical of hotel prices so we went elsewhere. Other establishments locally were substantially cheaper. We would definitely stay again.

The hotel was under refurbishment but disruption was minimal. The hotel is perfectly situated and we will definitely return. I can't emphasize too much the kindness and efficiency of the staff.

Best Western Lothersdale Hotel
Stayed at the hotel on Saturday 16th Sept in Room 120. Check in went well (lovely lady on the reception desk). I was with a friend (who stayed in another room on the other side of the hotel. We both went upstairs to the restaurant for some dinner around 1900ish. After waiting at the 'wait here to be seated' sign for around 5 minutes and being eyed and ignored by the waiter polishing tableware, we gave up and went up the road to a nice Chinese restaurant.Upon returning at around 2100, I went back to my room to kip before a long drive north the next morning. As I entered the corridor outside my room, I could hear a disco playing quite loudly, this only got worse when I entered the room. It was incredibly loud and I could feel the bass from the music in the bedframe. It appears my room was right over the top of the dancefloor.I was aware the hotel was full so saw no point in complaining. There was no-where else I could go. So I used earplugs AND noise cancelling headphones (see photo!) to try and get at least some rest. The music did eventually stop in the early hours...Anyway - I'm unhappy that I was not warned this would be happening at any stage of the booking process so be warned. There are plenty of other properties we could have stayed at locally - so perhaps the next time you have a wedding in the hotel - block book it for those guests only!
