Called service on Monday for some quotes. Didn't get a call back, called following day and spoke to Damien, who advised he will call back with quotes which never happened. Useless service. When speaking to Damien he advised he would need a hour charge each to test a battery, fit a bulb and inspect air suspension issue. Damien it doesn't take 3 hours to diagnose a battery, fit a bulb and confirm a fault with air suspension, obviously got the palm off treatment.

Just picked up our 4th car from Eastbourne Audi and the service and experience was excellent once again. Steven Chudley and Mark Hodd made the process seamless and stress free. Everyone at the showroom was delightful and helpful through out our visits and also helped keep our young son entertained. Will be back again.

Inconsistent service compared to other dealers. Purchased a £100k+ vehicle with no gift. Not that I need it or anything but it makes you feel wanted and welcome as a customer. There was bundles of hampers there not sure who they were reserved for but definitely not for someone buying one of their most expensive vehicles. As they don’t value my custom I definitely won’t be back here.
