I went to Hectic Hat Hire with my daughter yesterday to choose a mother-of-the bride hat. We received great advice, lots of choice and plenty of time to try on as many hats as we wanted, and there was no pressure to make a decision straight away. The appointment was fun and reassuring. Would definitely recommend.

Thank you to all at this wonderful shop. You have come up trumps yet again!!! I live in K and C and have visited your shop on many occasions to top up my outfit with the perfect hat. Your expertise has always come up with the right hat, always with a smile and great customer care. I know Royal Ascot means your shop runs to a premium, long hours for you all and restrictive time with appointments. I was lucky enough to have an appointment then, and guess what?.....perfect hat for perfect outfit!!!! Felt great on the day!!!! Makes all the difference. Have recommended your business to all my friends......

Beautiful hat shop in Fulham. So many options to suit all clothing. This is the perfect store for a hat, especially as Cheltenham and Ascot are approaching. I came in with a pale lemon suit and managed to find a hat to match the exact shade.

My wife has been renting hats from Hectic Hats since 1998, Rosie has always found the perfect hat for every outfit my wife has challenged her with. Having read the bad reviews it strikes me that all of the disgruntled reviews are made by those without appointments, who expect to be accommodated at the very last minute. I suggest that they book in advance, and then they can calmly choose the perfect hat for the occasion. Hectic Hats are wonderful at what they do, and we need to support local businesses like this little gem. Thank you Rosie.

Fabulous hat and service! I found the owner to be very accommodating with regards to giving me an appointment at very short notice. Rosie gave me great advice, and the hat which we chose together was a resounding success. I received so many compliments about my amazing hat which was in superb condition. Having read the previous negative review I felt I needed to write of my own experience.I visited Hectic Hat Hire recently, what a delightful shop and owner. I was after a hat for my first visit to Ascot and Rosie looked out my outfit, and quietly walked over and chose a hat, needless to say the hat was perfect and whilst I was invited to have a play" and try on more hats
