Literally couldn't fault this place. Popped in 2wk after they opened as we stumbled past having diverted off the motorway. Actually arrived 15min before they opened. Really accommodating. Great food. Young fella who served us was frickin hilarious. Top experience.

We walked in for dinner around 7pm on a Friday based on good reviews and the restaurant was completely empty. That said, a large group of young men came in after we'd ordered.Service was fine, but after enjoying our poppadoms the experience left a lot to be desired.The butter chicken was quite sweet and coconutty, more like a korma. It was also swimming in sauce as you can see in the picture.The half chicken tandoori looked like a showstopper when it came out of the kitchen, but was dry and flavourless.The chicken jalfrezi was far too spicy (I love spice).It seems like this restaurant has been a local favourite in the past, maybe we picked the wrong menu items but this didn't seem like authentic curry and we won't be returning unfortunately.
