Pine Lake Resort

If you’re looking for a place to unwind and relax with your family then this is the place to go. Very well equipped lodges and beautiful resort with numerous facilities such as an indoor heated pool and a tennis court. The location of the resort is quite nice as well with many different things close by to explore.

Nice rooms with good facilities within.Comfortable bed also.Provided cot for baby.Within the resort the facilities are also brilliant. Free swimming with the booking. Also spa can be paid for.Play areas for kids and adults.All in all pleasantly surprised. Had a brilliant stay

We have a break with the extended family every year at Pine Lake.It's a brilliant place for the kids, a good, old-fashioned, outdoors holiday, in a great location.The lodges are very clean and comfortable. The bar has a decent selection of drinks, and the food is good. There is a small entertainment centre with pool, air hockey and a couple of games; so much better than the manic arcades at other holiday parks.You have to book the swimming pool as it has limited capacity. It's quite small but very clean and enjoyable.The water sports centre costs extra to book, but it is well worth it! There's a big inflatable obstacle course, water skiing, inflatable couch and disc that get towed behind a speedboat. These are brilliant fun! There is a nice little bar in the centre for those who want to stay dry.There is good Pike and Perch fishing on the lake. There are designated angling areas, and a pass is £10 for the week, upon production of your valid fishing licence. There is some great sport to be had lure fishing.This is a great place! Highly recommended.

We love Pine Lake and have often stayed there for week-long or shorter breaks. The facilities are excellent and good for families with children, with the water sports an added bonus. The lodges are spacious and comfortable but are maybe ready for refurbishment and a design make over. But we will definitely go again!

Overnight stay on route to Scotland so did not have chance to use facilities. Reception staff were professional,polite, and informative. Studio rooms were spacious, well equipped and comfortable with hot drinks supplied. Evening meal was very good, fish and chips and scampi recommended.First time at resort and pleased we visited and there is a very high chance that we shall return, possibly for longer in the very near future. One thing to bear in mind is that the restaurant does not do breakfast, which is a shame, but the studio apartments do have cooking facilities and if you haven't had time to pick up victuals the onside shop has basic essentials.

Staff were lovely, rooms well equipped with things that aren't usually stocked. Like the dispensers for washing up, shower gel, etc. Location was beautiful and peaceful. Good price too. I'll definitely be coming back for more

Pine lake Resort is a place of outstanding beauty. The accommodation is excellent, the staff are really friendly and helpful. I would have no hesitation in recommending this Resort to my friends and family. I look forward to visiting again soon.

Visited here 3 times now over a 4 year period, we also have another stay booked for this coming March.The cabins are amazing. Very spacious, spotlessly clean every visit, warm welcome from reception on check in, restaurant is great - nice waiting staff, pool is lovely for our baby, grounds of the cabins are well maintained. Every stay has been in the cabins with two bedrooms, the kitchens are big, modern with all the basics needed for cooking. Beds are lovely and comfy, plenty of towels provided.The only small issue is the couch in the cabins isn't the comfiest, but these are all sofa beds (which are comfy when pulled out) but even that isn't that big of an issue.We stay here because it's only 30mins from Windermere and close to lots of adventures and days out in the local area too.We hope to continue to come each year with our little boy, it's just a great place, I have recommended to my friends and they have all visited too, looking forward to our next trip.:)

Warm welcome from evening reception and bar staff.Room very big, clean, just needs carpet and chairs shampoo deep clean ( probably after a busy season).Everything u need. Clean bed, towels, soap shower gel. Tea coffee milk.Great stop over for the night.
