I visited a couple days ago because was plagued by a couple niggling injuries. So I booked myself in for a Ice Bath treatment, was chuffed they were able to arrange a time that suited my awkward work schedule.Well I won't say I danced out of building afterwards, but I definitely felt wonderful after treatment, and could barely feel those injuries. It's now 4 days after and still feeling good not a treatment like others were good 1 day and not the next.Gary and Matthew the owners are lovely guys. I'm afraid it's a sign of times as I get older I'm getting more of these silly aches but I'm glad now I've somewhere to go get them sorted.
