Staff seemed stuck up and didn't want to help. Wouldn't use again for the price you pay you'd expect some form of service. Not helpful and always tried to flog you more expensive than need.

I buy kindling here, mainly. It's very good. They do logs too, which come in good sized top-up bags.

I find the management and staff extremely friendly and helpful, any deliveries I have had have always been on time, all materials are competively priced, and when I collect materials everyone is helpful, willing and extremely polite and courteous in this cheerful environment. They put themselves out to source any materials I need if they are not in stock.
