All Sorted Cover Limited

6 months into my contract with All Sorted Cover and my oven breaks. It was fixed within 5 days. Happy with this service. Would recommend!

Dirty and only money motivated company. After 8th months my washing machine start leaking through the door,, need replacing a rubber door seal, called to customer service they said that's cosmetics damages and they don't cover that and they told me to do it myself. Then my fridge freezer started leaking somewhere from the back and bottom drawer for some reason totally freezing up in solid clear ice, I called to customs again, and here we go again, I have been told I got to defrost my fridge freezer, I told them look I got two kids in my flat and to defrost that big rock of ice it takes 2-3 days, they told me can you ask your neighbours to use their fridge freezer for some time!!! That's is ridiculous, out of order. My fridge freezer is a Samsung with auto defrost and I told them I pay your company All Sorted 17.99 a month and you tell me what to do. You are the one ho suppose to take care of this problems not me. And they take a double money from my account for 8th months and now they refuse to pay me back refund. Cowboys. Three months left to pay and I'm not going to give them any penny, I'm going to stop direct debit for this Cowboys. Shame on you all sorted

Awful company. took money for service they have no intention of performing. Three weeks after a repair booked still no engineer, apparently they need to order a part, chased with them and they said it could be three months or more due to Covid. Other appliance with D&G cover was repaired within a week parts in the day after they were ordered so seems fishie. Total con artists that expect customers to wait over three months to have their washing machine back?Avoid at all costs.

I was sold a company that said they would get a repair within 48 hrs, 8 days later and no contact from them. When I phoned to ask and say that I would be cancelling my direct debit, they become very rude and abusive. Stated I wasn't able to cancel even though I have a recording of the sales lady saying I was able to cancel at any time. Told me that if I cancel I would be contacted by the mispayment department if I cancelled my direct debit, they was unable to put me straight through to them to speak to them?! I have all conversations on record! Said they was unable to contact me, no missed calls, no voicemails, no emails asking me to contact! AVOID at all costs!

There's something very dodgy about this company. They called me out of the blue, I've never heard of them, and they told me that the manufacturers warranty had just expired on the washing machine when it actually expired about 6 years ago. They tried to sell me a warranty, the guy was arrogant and said he hadn't just plucked my number out of yellow pages and that I must have requested this. Scammers.

They was no advice given just u have to fo it on line I know some people do not know how to do things online and them they went bust

Took out cover on a washer dryer.company said if I paid for 3 years cover I would get a reduction so I did. Washer broke after 8 months and was not able to be mended. Contacted company for refund which was refused. Bunch of cowboys, AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.D

Don't bother...the insurance costs as much as the appliance.

When my washing machine broke, they asked me to check the filter. They then sent an engineer as the filter was all ok. the machine was repaired with new parts a few days later and works fine now!Can’t complain at all!

They need to be reported to trading standards. Alan is a con man who doesn't really know the job. This is a 1 man company , who are not professionals. They don't care about the job, only want to make quick buck and run . Please don't use this. Just use the usual British gas appliance care , they might be slightly more expensive but they have experienced engineers unlike this sham of a company.
