I brought a TV aerial for £6.99 asked the shopkeeper if was value for money he said yes and took it home and it didn't work fuming

Had a key cut at this shop but did not work. The shopkeeper was so rude and was not happy to give a refund. Eventually he gave a refund.Went next door and had the same key cut and worked the first time without any hassle.
