Vacay Lounge and Bar
We had bought some drinks and a few of our own, someone came over and said we could drink our own drinks as long as some of us had bought drinks, someone else then came over around 30 minutes later and confiscated the drinks that we hadn’t bought from vacay. Very much unimpressed to say the least, service was shocking, to come over and take our own drinks after we’d been told we could drink them is awful.

We bought a couple of drinks from the bar but had some of our own nearby, the first worker came and told us that since we bought drinks from them we were okay to have our own, the second worker told us we weren’t meant to bring drinks in but once we explained that we’d spoken to the first guy it was okay. The third came over very rudely and stand-offish, confiscated our drinks and threatened to kick us out for having them. Overall bad experience and lack of communication between the staff.

If you are going to serve coffee do it properly. We bought two lattes, there was no sugar only sweetener tablets which taste awful, and no stirrers!!!! We were told to stir the coffee with paper straws that disintegrate on contact with hot coffee, do not think they were made for that purpose.
