Amazing service at this place . BIG thanks to John the tyre fitter BRILLIANT service really polite and professional. replaced tire and balanced and cleaned the wheel after etc. Overall REALLY GREAT team here . Would highly recommend 10/10

I dealt with Ram, a young chap who took his time and really cared about doing a good job. I have an old Jaguar which is my pride and joy, the best compliment I can give is that I would trust him! His manager Dan was on hand to help, who was very knowledgeable. Great customer service all round!

I had just come from Halfords Teddington where I received a tirade of abuse and no help. Here I was greeted with the best service at a very fair price. I will always use this branch of Kwik Fit. I cannot recommend this branch more

Hi. I wasn’t entirely happy with my experience at Twickenham Kwikfit. I booked my Mercedes GLC 300d online for an interim service on 27 October. On arrival I was told by the technician at the desk that Kwikfit has no access to the Mercedes digital logbook in order to register the service. I pointed out that you website states;Also, providing your vehicle is still within its warranty period, a Kwik Fit stamp in your log book won't invalidate your Mercedes-Benz warranty agreement. Following a European Parliament decision, manufacturers can no longer force car owners to go to dealerships for servicing in order to uphold warranties. As a result, our Kwik Fit centres are able to access official service schedules and any on board computer information, where relevant, to ensure your Mercedes-Benz warranty stays valid. We use official Mercedes-Benz service schedules to provide a service that is specific to your car's make, model, age and mileage.I would argue that this implies that Kwikfit have access to digital logbooks. If this is not the case then it should be more clearly stated on your website.The comment from your technician (tall, young person with long hair) about having no knowledge of what the website said was surly, unhelpful and bordered on rude. I will certainly not be using that branch again. To be fair, however, your branch manager was extremely helpful and friendly and was the reason why I didn’t cancel the service appointment on that occasion.All in all better communication on your website and some staff training in service ethic might be useful

I was unfortunate to drive over a tack in my brand new Mini. I contacted Kwikfit Richmond / Teddington who fitted me in at my convenience just before a holiday to Cornwall. They fitted a new tyre with the minimum of fuss and Ram and his supervisor were both most helpful. Very satisfied with the service.

Had the alignment done on my Mercedes here on the weekend. I managed to book the appointment with ease online at short notice. The service from start to finish was excellent. Thank you to Dan for the work done on the car. I’ll be back again.

The Kwikfit staff at your East Twickenham location are totally professional and very friendly and did everything that needed to be done to my complete satisfaction. I have been there several times before and on each occasion received the same excellent five star service!

John made my day, so helpful, so knowledgeable, kind, thank you so much. I changed my car tire today and wasn't sure if it was safe to drive to East Twickenham but John checked photos I sent and he finished the job very quickly and easily. Great service, very good price. Highly recommended.
