Recently refurbished the bathroom with all the furniture (toilet, sink, bath, shower, screen, units) supplied by Castle Bathrooms. The staff, especially John and Tom, provided loads of advice, suggestions and expertise in helping to design the bathroom, which I am delighted with. The service from design to delivery was excellent.

A positive new Bathroom shopping experience!- John, from Castle Bathroom (Cardiff) listened to the style/budget we wanted and guided us through options giving (very) fair prices. He really took some of the pain and confusion out of this process. With only 3 weeks until delivery required, he was clear on which options could be expected to meet that timeline. 2.5 weeks later, the complete Castle order delivered. 10/10! -Customer Service – 10/10-Delivery/timeline – 10/10-Price - 10/10

Bought my bathroom from Castle Bathrooms. Tremendous range of bathrooms and accessories. Staff very knowledgeable about products and extremely helpful. I could not have asked for a better service. I would not hesitate to recommend.

Bought a bathroom in November and 3 months later the order is still not complete. Staff in the shop are friendly but supply chains seem pitiful so hard to rate any higher than this unfortunately!

Great service from John at Castle Bathrooms Cardiff! Communication was always quick and helpful. We had a problem with our shower base, but John sorted it out so quickly that work was hardly held up.
