AVOID. I arrived at this ex-pub on a busy crossroads with limited parking, after a long journey. It was busy, and I could tell from the demeanour of the staff who came out, armed with a comb, that they were determined to find 'tats'. I suppose they expect the dog to be perfectly groomed with short straight hair before the appointment. This will be easier for them and not require any skill. An older person was sent for as reinforcement, and put a too small muzzle on my 11 month old dog, who then had epileptic type movements. I found that cruel. I have worked in retail management over 40 years and would never consider treating a customer that way, so uncaring. the last time I was there I was not informed that my dog should be in perfect grooming order for the appointment.There is a NICE way to treat customers, with courtesy. It doesn't cost anything.

I have just completed my dog grooming course, having never done anything like this before. The training I have received has been very comprehensive and made easy to follow and understand. Marie and Chloe are both lovely, friendly and always happy to help. And now onto my new career which would not have been possible without Top Trimz can’t recommend them highly enough.

Top quality grooming and care for my Border Terrier Jack, he has a very difficult coat and it takes ages to strip, but they do a fantastic job. Couldn't wish for a better service!

Amazing service!! the staff are so friendly and I’m blown away with how my puppy looks after his first cut! The level of skill and attention to detail honestly is outstanding.. and not to mention my puppy wouldn’t even let me brush him without putting up a major fight! Seriously it takes a lot to impress me and I couldn’t recommend them enough!! Thanks again!

Just completed my level 2 city and guilds course at the end of February and i can honestly say i couldn't have asked for more. The course was brilliantly lead by Marie and the salon was a great place to learn and grow my skills. I couldn't recommend this place more.

I have recently completed my OCN with Marie at Top Trimz, I loved every minute of the course. Marie is very professional, practical and helpful. I was supported and encourage to learn and develop at my own speed and ability. Without this course I don't think I would have been confident enough to start my own dog grooming business, yet here I am now fully booked for a month in advance, willing to try grooming dog which wants to book in. I know Marie is at the other end of the phone if I need anymore help or advice. Thank you so much for a fantastic course.

My 8 month Airedale Terrier Lilly had her first cut today. I’m extremely picky and know exactly what I want in a cut. I picked Lilly up and can honestly say she looks fantastic. Staff listened to what I wanted and delivered 100% Can’t praise the service I received enough… well done girls. We are back again in January xx

I’ve been using Top Trimz Dog Grooming for many years now. Would not go any where else. Both Marie and Chloe are fantastic groomers and both of my dogs always come out looking fantastic. My dogs love their regular visits to be pampered. Many thanks Top Trimz.
