Constantly have faults on the system, and keep having issues with what I have been told is faulty hardware by their engineers. Paid a lot of money to them for the hardware so very upset to have been sold faulty hardware. The managment when responding we extremlly responsive and very good but have lost a lot of confidance in the installation engineer & the hardware sold to me and been ongoing with issues for over a year.
