Yate Dental Surgery

I have used this dentist since I was a child and I am now 30 and have only fantastic things to say. My child now goes here and they are amazing with him. Cannot recommend enough!

Exceptional Dental Practice.It had been many years since I required a dentist so it seemed fitting to go back to where I had gone as a child. It did not disappoint. Reception was polite and helpful at setting up my consultation. My dentist Zach and his assistant Sarah were excellent and despite my worried composure masked with comedy, they made me feel at ease with my procedure. As for the procedure itself, it was over before I even knew it had started.Could not recommend them enough.Cheers!

Have been using the dentist since Xmas. They have been fabulous, I am really scared of dentists all my life, but they make you feel so relaxed. Had 2 fillings today without pain killers and almost fell to sleep on the chair. Dentistry has come a long way in the past few years. Going back next week and can't wait. Keep up the great work :)

The dentists themselves are lovely. The receptionists are horrible, & I’m not even trying to be spiteful. They are just pure rude. & they wonder why they’re cancellations are so high? Not because people don’t wanna get sorted. Because you make people feel like they don’t want to go. Horrendous.

Needed an emergency appointment this morning to repair a loose crown. 40 minutes later I was being seen to. Thank you receptionists and Zac. D

Several months ago I made an appointment by phone. When I arrived I was unable to climb the stairs as I was waiting for Knee surgery. As there was no lift I sat outside the surgery and rang them to cancel, and explained my reasons why. At that time I could not rebook as my surgery was imminent. Several months later, and x2 knee replacements, I rang them today requesting an appointment. On checking my details the “outcome” of my cancelled appointment had not been recorded. As far as they were concerned, I DNA’d! I explained that this was wrong, but I’m sure the receptionist didn’t believe me. I was told they could not accept me as a patient as I didn’t turn up for my original appt! Despite complaining, they were adamant I hadn’t cancelled the appointment, and I was made to feel a liar!!! Therefore no further appointment!! Be warned....

After having a debilitating phobia of the dentist I needed emergency work and a tooth extraction aswell as some other work. They are very friendly and non judemental made me feel at peace and very comfortable and are helping me regain my confidence. Thank you :)

Dentist Miss Constance heal is professional and lovely. I was really lucky to get my root canal surgery here .

Been attending this dentist for several years now. Matthew Thomas is lovely always makes you feel relaxed. Never had any problems with any of the staff, the steep narrow and amount of stairs though could be a problem for quite a few people. It is the issue with the stairs that made me give them only 4 stars on service I would give them 5.
