Ordered 2 bags of logs, for the burner. Absolutely soaking wet through won't be able to use it until it's seasoned. Avoid avoid avoid!!!!!! Save your money this guy is a rip off merchant and wants reporting to trading standards.

Used this company three times now for a large amount of compost, some sand and a delivery of sleepers. We then ordered a top up of more compost. Excellent service from start to finish the ladies taking orders are very helpful delivery drivers are pleasant and helpful and we are always given a good deal! Highly recommend this company.

The customer service was second to none, and Paige, with whom we dealt from start to finish, should be commended for her excellent front-of-house manner, going out of her way to provide us with the best and most cost-effective solution for our needs. I hope the management at Whites are aware of her contribution- too often these days customer service isn’t what it should be, but her efforts have shown that it is after all alive and well in some places! A big mention also to driver Steve Love for making it possible to site the skip in the tenfoot. Thanks to both these good people, we would certainly not hesitate to use Whites again.

So I decided to review my recent purchase on 19 May, 2 ton of type1 and 1 ton of sharp sand delivery i ordered on the Tue for the Fri i asked for early delivery the lady said she would write it down but couldnt gaurentee, so by 11 am i phoned and the lovely lady on the phone said it was down to be taken out there just really busy at the moment and i was panicing they shut early on a fri, anyways i came onto the internet and started reading reviews whilst i waited and went in to panic mode reading some of the reviews however also be warned there is 2 whites skips the one on trust pilot is not this one, However my experiance with the 3 phone calls to them i made was brilliant (and im naturally a very obrupt person i dont do it in nastyness its just me i always have been a straight to the point type of guy), they delivered on the day they said they would the delivery guy was appologetic about the wait and even dropped it off as close as he could to my gates so i could transport it into my garden my experiance was brilliant for ordering aggregates i will be ordering from them again for any future building projects i have.my second purchase on 30 May 2023.so following my first purchase which went really well i went for my second, 1 ton of best soil/compost and 1 ton of Graphite gravel 20mm and i cant complain at all again lady was really polite again and the delivery guy was brilliant even tried moving it right upto the fence line for better access, the gravel is exactly as described and looks really nice once down yes a couple of stones in there that wasnt what i ordered but what to you want its a aggregates firm you will always get a tiny amount of cross contamination with other stones, the top soil well what can i say i had such a laugh, my son emptied the bag into the wheel barrow whilst i spread it around the look on his face from the smell and steam was brilliant anyways its been 10 days now since i leveled my lawn and reseeded, the grass is coming through and the soil smell has subsided however there is a few little stones and when i say little i mean 2-3mil smaller then a pea size coming to the top as im watering daily but again i accept that its a aggregates company like i said before, if i need any more materials in the near future i wont hesitate to give them a ring.

Excellent customer service and really helpful- sorted me out for some ballast and cement at a last minute noticed and really looked after us, staff couldn't do more to help me out of a pickle! Will definitely continue to use their services!!

I have now had quite a few deliveries of sand, bark ect. Always pleasant and left exactly where asked. The last week I had a skip outside as near the property as the driver could get. I then got a courtesy phone call to say the permit was running out, had I finished (yes) and picked up the next day.

Couldn’t be happier with the level of service and communication by far the cheapest and reliable the staff can’t do enough to be Any more helpful
