A superb, newly built, flagship BMW dealership in a lovely setting. Lots of fantastic new and approved used cars to look at. Slick contactless check in system complimented by friendly staff. Honestly felt that this place is the epitome of the BMW brand. My waiting MOT was done quickly without any issues. I take my other car there on Monday so let’s hope it will be just as good.Visited again - all good!

Arrived with my BMW to have a service that was due on from the Moment arriving in your car park being met by the parking attendant a lovely friendly gentleman to walking through the showroom asking if I knew were I was going and offered a hot drink to having the service done in a timely manner while I waited in the waiting area being attended to asking if I needed a hot drink etc by all the friendly staff to then received a 5 Star service from Laura a lovely lady who was very professional and courteous and also walked me out to my car. I would just also like to say the thank you card was a lovely personal touch too. Thanks for the super service through my visit to Group 1 Hindhead BMW.Mr Samuel Mark Hammond-Argyle

If I could post without using any stars, that would be more appropriate.Without doubt the worse example of customer service I have ever experienced.Deposit paid on car. Setbacks our end resulted in a delay in the purchase and told the car would go back on sale and refund would be refunded.No refund. No answer to any phone calls resulting in a personal trip to the showroom to ensure deposit refunded. Salesman in question would not come and see us leaving another colleague to eventually sort the refund.Despite still trying to purchase the vehicle no returns phone calls were made to me.This is when we are trying to purchase a car, imagine how bad they would be if it were anything else!Go to another dealer but avoid this one.

This dealership used to be Barons in Hindhead village. A year or so ago, they were then bought out by the much larger Group 1 and moved a couple of miles to new premises on the southbound A3. What a complete disaster that's turned out to be.Under Group 1 management, customer service levels in all departments (sales, after sales, service) are literally appalling. Sales staff are clueless and prefer to hide (visibly) in a perspex office next to the sales floor so as to avoid talking with customers. Management are rude and completely uninterested in resolving any issues that occur - and there will be numerous, given the dealership's crashing incompetence.Barons was an excellent BMW dealership which took pride in providing proper levels of customer care. In direct contrast, Group 1 carries the obvious stench of used car supermarket company culture... they couldn't give a damn about taking responsibility for their frequent errors, let alone offering any resolution for such.It is telling that by now, every single member of the old Barons team has chosen to resign, leaving the dealership staffed by know-nothing and disinterested used car wideboy sales staff and management.It is frankly shocking that a brand such as BMW would allow a staggeringly shoddy outfit like this to represent them to the public.AVOID AT ALL COSTS... YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Very poor experience. When conducting a service, Group 1 disconnected the isofix car seat and didn't reconnect it. This could have been fatal if I had not noticed the next day. On the same service they also managed to dent one of my doors!! A couple of months later I was rear-ended by another driver and contacted Group 1 to get a repair quote. They only have capacity to do such quotes a couple of days per week and told me they would get back to me. They never did get back to me. They are utterly hopeless and an embarrassment to BMW. I now use Vines of Guildford, and they are 100 times better. There is no comparison. Avoid Group 1 at all cost. Go up the A3 to Vines.An UPDATE: Hilariously, and stupidly perhaps, I decided to give Group 1 another chance and get my MOT done there yesterday. The morning after receiving my car back from the MOT my car told me that my brake pads need replacing. My car told me... The morning after the MOT done at Group 1. You could not make it up.

Although I didn't end up purchasing my vehicle here, I must say the customer focus and care that was extended to me by Ian F was great. Knowing that I was on the market for something fun and sporty, he organised, at short notice, a little blast in the new M2. Great car, but as I needed something in the short term I had to take my business to another BMW business on this occasion. That said, I'm likely to use them for my servicing needs. Definitely worth the drive up the A3

A big thank you to Group 1 Hindhead BMW for their truly outstanding customer service! I am most grateful to Tim, Lee, and Jake for their excellent help. The purchase of my car went ahead as originally planned, and I am very pleased with it. Everything went well — from the initial test drive to the delivery of my car, which is excellent. I was informed of every single stage of the purchasing process and I received my car within the agreed time schedule. I would highly recommend them and no doubt will be going back to them when purchasing my next car.
