Firstly, thank you. The guys did not act like your 'typical' estate agents. Genuine, no lies or exaggerating. Friendly and easy going. Quick and detailed communication and felt they had everything organised and in hand. Reliable and went out their way if anything became an issue with our house move, to resolve it. Having signed up on Friday lunchtime, we were called back in the afternoon with a prospective client to view our home. They came on Saturday, and offered our asking price on Monday.....Sale then proceeded without any problems, and the Market Deeping office kept in contact all the way through.
