Went to get some keys cut this morning, was served by Dani who was very helpful and polite. Great customer service 100% would recommend.

Poor Customer service To whom it may concern,I am writing to inform you of the unsatisfactory service I received from Timpsons regarding the repair of my Timex watch. On the 05th of July 2023, I visited your store and requested a battery replacement. During the process, the staff member named Danny accidentally damaged the water seal of my watch. He apologized for the mistake and assured me that he would replace the water seal at no extra cost. He also gave me a written confirmation of this agreement.However, when I came back to the store to collect my watch, I was informed by another staff member that the water seal was not replaced and that they could not honour Danny's agreement. He claimed that Danny was not authorized to make such a promise and that I would have to pay for the replacement myself. I was very dissatisfied and annoyed by this response, as I had expected Timpsons to provide a trustworthy and professional service. I have tried to contact the store manager several times since then, but I have not received any satisfactory explanation or resolution for this issue.As a consequence of this poor service, I have left a negative feedback on Google review and I am considering taking further action if this matter is not resolved quickly. I request that you honour the original agreement and replace the water seal on my Timex watch as soon as possible. If you fail to do so, I will have no option but to escalate this complaint to the appropriate authorities and share my experience with the public.

I visited for passport photographs for my son. Really impressed with Dani, smart, polite with a friendly manner. Couldn’t have done more to help. Very efficient. No problems. Thank you

I needed a couple keys cut, Dani was very helpful and polite. Even guided me on which accessories to buy for my new keys.

Went to timpsons to get a key cut. The shop was located locally so went there out of convenience. Upon arrival we were surprised to see the range of services they offered, especially considering they were operating out of a miniature cargo container in a Tesco car park.I handed the key over and the key was cut in approximately 3 seconds, I was charged £9. Went home and the key didn’t even turn the lock. Drove back to Timpsons and stated it didn’t work. I was planning on asking for a refund, but the man abruptly took the key and put in in the machine for about 1 second and handed it back. I drove home again and the key didn’t work. For a third time I drove back to definitely ask for a refund. No apology given followed by only excuses to why it wasn’t working. I remained professional and polite to let the man behind the counter lead the resolution. However the refund and resolution was prompted by myself.Overall a waste of time. The man seemed to lack competence and demonstrated no insight to customer service standards.

I had excellent customer service by Dani.He was very friendly,polite and he was very knowledgeable.He replaced the batteries in my 2 watches also brought them over to me to my car when they were done.Dani is a credit to the Company.

I had a lovely experience today at your shop in Shepton mallet. The young man who served me was very helpful and polite will use your service again.
