Everyone in the salon are great but especially Sophie! She is such a perfectionist and a wizard when it comes to colour! Oh and the new hot chocolate machine and biscuits are delicious!

so very disappointing. felt undervalued and left with a disappointing cut. Hottest day of year, extremely hot salon, stylist double booked and left me in black nylon gown on vinyl seat while she worked between me and her other client, leaving me half way through my cut. Felt so hot and sick that I just wanted to get out of the salon and so didnt pursue the cut I had gone in for. Will now have to go elsewhere to get the finish I wanted. Waste of my money and not the treat I thought I was giving myself

Just home with fab hair from a lovely cut at Craig Chapman. Staff were lovely. Lots of attention to what I wanted done with my hair, and attention to detail. Brilliant salon.

I was in Launceston for a wedding so don’t know the area but picked this salon because the reviews looked good. I only wanted a blow dry but I have really curly hard to manage hair so it’s really difficult. Gemma did the most amazing curly blow dry on me and I was so happy with it. Thank you!
