As a diver and traveller, Shetland is an always exciting and beautiful place to live or visit!!! One of the best diving, surfing, fishing, hiking and touring destination of the UK. Nice food, friendly people, breathtaking views from all over the island.

I can't say enough about how beautiful this island is. SO many things to see here. Lighthouses, wildlife, museums, stunning coastal scenery, Viking history, Shetland ponies, Shetland sweaters, stunning sunsets.It's not very touristy, which is REALLY refreshing! I could live here. It's so peaceful, friendly, and beautiful. This is God's country!
