Disappointed with the last time I purchased sweets. Not sure what happened, a one-off or the standard has truely slipped from the heydays of Levant Cafe Park Royal. Ordered Halawet El Jibn and it was below passable. Hope standards pick up again.

Ordered Turkish coffee, the guy stood watching like an idiot as its spelled an burned my hand because apparently they dont have right size of cup lids!!! How can i drive with it, he have no answer, how can i hold it, another no answer....left for him to drink it!!! And he did not offer to exchange it or even refund

The staff was unkind and the Arabic Ice cream was awful , I don’t recommend it to anyone.

They only had the pistachio ice cream and none of the rose. It was ok but not amazing and relatively expensive. Lacked a bit of atmosphere when I was there as no other patrons, service perfunctory.

Amazing food and service at the this branch! Would defo recommend. The milk cakes (esp lotus biscoff) are incredibleeee and the knafeh is 100/10 - so yummy and not too sweet. Loved this place so much will defo come back! And one of the owners, Rana, is an angel, so lovely to talk to!
