Not a great experience. First and last time visiting this salon. My manicure was definitely not worth £30. it seemed as though a child had done them. I’ve also never had to do bank transfer in a shop before. They didn’t have a cash register, the lady showed me a sticky note with the sort code and account number. Very dodgy… They also refused to give me a refund.

I had a great experience with the manicure and pedicure service provided by Sathida. Both the company and Sathilda ensured a hygienic, friendly, and meticulous service. Highly recommend!

Firstly, let me say that the shy young lady who did my nails was very nice and polite. She was kind and sadly I think the BIAB treatment she used for my nails was cheap/too old, so I don't think it's her fault. The Gel was very blob like and she tried her best but what was meant to be almond looks round and uneven. It's truly upsetting. Especially after sitting 1 hour for it.The manager initially offered 20%off but she actually compromised more and offered to redo my nails too, which I appreciate, however due to busy schedule I was not able to accept.I don't think I will return..Perhaps just ACRILIC treatment would work fine.. but definitely not BIAB again!P.s. I did a normal foot polish for 10£ and it was okay. So maybe just don't do gel?

Out of the 4 times I’ve used this business, I only had a good experience once. One time I had an appointment, Petra was late more than 30 minutes and to make matters worse, she did not care that I was waiting. Another time, I had a booking with Sathida, and she was rough and not very friendly. I mainly come here due to their use of plastic liners on their pedicure bowls for hygiene reasons. Sadly, I don’t see myself returning.

First time trying this nail salon as I’ve recently moved into the area, had an amazing experience, lovely staff, great atmosphere and good vibes.Highly recommend coming here and this will be my go to nail sal on from now on!

I have been a customer of Nails Boutique for many years now. The staff are fantastic and always very accommodating when I need to make a last minute change to a booking. Kate has been doing my nails for the last year and I always leave having had a good chat and with a perfect set of nails.

Had my nails done with Sathida she was amazing. I enjoyed the treatment so much very relaxing, not rushed at all and use of drill on my nails was so gentle I did not feel a thing.

I was booked in to the nails boutique last week by a lovely lady on the phone. It was my first time going to the this nail salon and I was a bit nervous but the nail technician I had was so lovely and friendly. I wasn’t sure what I wanted but the technician guided me and the end result was amazing!My boyfriend agrees too! I will definitely be back again soon, thank you girls!

I am their client for many years. I always look forward to another visit. Nuria and Yan are the best technicians, very helpful and chatty. I honestly recommend this nail salon to everyone who wants to have their nails perfectly done.

I have been getting my nails done at Nails Boutique for YEARS now and even after moving away from the area, I still make the journey to go there as their friendliness, professionalism and quality cannot be matched anywhere else! My nail technician Nuria is an extremely talented nail magician! She is gentle, a perfectionist and always does my nails exactly how I want them. Thanks to her, my nails always look amazing and last until my following appointment. Not only does Nuria provide a 5 star service, she is also such a lovely lady and I really enjoy our chats. Once you’ve been to this salon, you will not want to go anywhere else! I honestly cannot recommend Nails Boutique and Nuria enough. Looking forward to seeing you soon ladies ❤️
