NUCO Travel Ltd

Disgraceful travel agency. Paid for a trip to Val Thorens with my university, as well as the supposed Tier 2 accomodation upgrade (extra £110, overall trip £800+). Ended up sleeping in a room without a 4th wall (had a wardrobe door instead that didn't reach the ceiling, so light noise and smell from the kitchen filtered into the room), had no floor space at all, had no ceiling light, plug sockets, or radiator.Apartment also lacked hot water for 2 days.NUCO refuses to listen to any of these issues and instead keeps parroting their idiotic policy line that Tiers are based on residence and there may be variation between them". Even if true

Our Uni ski trip with NUCO was a great success! The whole experience was very smooth and efficient, without any hiccups. NUCO was incredibly organized and made sure that we were all settling in well. Imogen, in particular, was amazing - she was super friendly and made the experience even better. Any issues we had were quickly answered and resolved, which made for a fantastic ski holiday. Overall, we had a fantastic time, and we would definitely recommend NUCO to anyone looking for a stress-free and enjoyable skiing experience.

We just had our TUDublin ski trip last week (15th-22nd Jan) in Pas de la Casa and it was brilliant!We had the pleasure of working with Brad Keens who was our account manager. As the organizer for the university, I personally found Brad was incredible support at answering any queries and problems I had, and helping me sort out any issues that arose. He always replied to us as soon as he could, even if it was out of office hours, and I really appreciated his attention to detail and to us as a committee.On the trip itself, we were joined by Lewis, Sebastian, and Gemma, our NUCO reps, who all couldn't have been more helpful. They were very professional and discreet for any issue that arose and I couldn't commend them higher. Not only are they great reps, but they are also really good friends as well, and we had a lot of fun on the slopes!Joe, the Security and Welfare Officer from Eame Hill, couldn't have been lovelier and always made sure to look out for ourselves and the reps, making sure we were always ok and enjoying ourselves, along with putting people in their place when needs be (which was also very appreciated).All five of the team are incredible assets to your company, and I hope to see and work with them again!

poor accommodation. no wifi. no decent bed. The route is not friendly to beginners. I had to walk over two hours from my poor accommodation to get to the resort. This is the worst trip I have ever had. I will never join any of this company's trip ever.

I went with NUCO on my uni ski trip and it was brilliant. We had an amazing time. Good organisation. Special thanks to Imogen, who was always ready to help. Highly recommended

Really impressed with the service and professionalism from NUCO. Messaged using their live chat service and got through to a great guy called Ollie. From there Ollie couldn’t have been of more help! He pinged over several options for us- all within our budget and exactly to our specifications. Didn’t hesitate to call or ask if we had any more questions.When we wanted to tweak one of the options this wasn’t a problem at all and Ollie went away and requoted and sent this over: The live chat function meant I could message Ollie and he would respond very quickly and answer any hesitations I had.Due to how quickly Ollie was able to answer questions and sort issues for us, we quickly had the package that was perfect for us. Taking a day from my initial inquiry! The booking process was simple and after paying the deposit a booking portal was created so I each individual member of the party could see the trip and pay their package.After we had a really bad experience with a previous tour provider (WhiteRoad) a few years back this was an easy and refreshing process with Ollie making it as pain free as possible! Ollie has remained on hand to answer any other questions we had after booking and am looking forward to see if the trip is amazing as our experience has been so far booking with NUCO! Cheers Ollie!

NUCO were great with setting up our uni’s two weeks throughout France and arranging accommodation and all our other activities. We had Symone and Lottie who were both extremely proactive and got along very well with all on the trip. Helped out anyone who needed it and knew how to have a good time. Highly recommend them.

I would like to agree with some of the other reviews here. You can really feel that everything NUCO does it is about the money. They will consistently short change you, and do not have the customers best interests at heart.I went with them last year, and we got stuck going up the mountain, the reps ended up making us wait by the side of the road for hours as we all froze. Then they drove us up the mountain by a driver that was past his legal driving limit and I was scared whilst we went up the narrow winding roads by a driver which legally should not be driving anymore that day from exhaustion.Whilst on the trip NUCO repeatedly did not fulfil the promises they made about talking to us and helping us, and multiple times when I could have done with help were not willing to do anything at all.

Had a great week in Tignes with NUCO, our rep was Sarah and she was amazing, very friendly and a great help! Also Ali who was on or 36 hour bus journey was an amazing rep to have as well. Very pleased with how the week went!
