NISA Local Longford

I use this store sometimes as it is local to me, I have always been treated well when i visit and can say how helpful All of the staff are. They are really friendly and are always willing to help me find items that I'm looking for. Its always nice to see how polite the staff are and its nice have a friendly chat from time to time. This is one of the only local stores to me in the area that are always clean well presented and have helpful staff. There Is one really polite bubbly lady with an awesome personality that works most evenings i don't know her name but she always offers to help me to find my items and take them to the till as i struggle sometimes. I will continue to use this store as i really enjoy just popping to the shop to see a friendly face behind the counter from time to time couldn't ask for a better store in the area. Thank you for always helping me and being so friendly.

Was waiting in the queue while the lady behind the counter with pink/ purple hair was chatting away to a friend complaining about her life. It was so long that the person in front of me, put the paper back and left the store, I was minding my business while they chinwagged but then the lady behind the counter said “Are you going to come forward then or not”, which I found incredibly rude and no need for but didn’t say anything as I just wanted to pay for my things and go. Her whole attitude was disgusting from start to finish, scanning and slamming food items breaking them in the process. Always use the store for grabbing quick bits and the owners of the store are awesome people but with hired staff with this kind of attitude, I’ll go elsewhere now.

Having visitied this shop on wednesday .afternoon was very shocked listening to the shop assistant behind the counter being really irate about not believing in covid wearing no mask and saying that old people should stay in if they dont want to catch it, her behaviour was totally disgusting, she made it very clear what she thought of the old people and covid, i will not return to this shop while she is still employed there.I was so disgusted by her attitude toward the older generation.Just thought id say funny how when you complain about a certain person, they get 1 or 2 positive comments (overiously family or friends)..

The staff are some of the best people I've met. The tiger bread is banging, the tobacco is cheaper than tesco and so are the spirits. Peace seth.I would also like to add that I was in the store at the time that Karen asked Nicky about masks and Nicky simply said she didn't believe that when asked, she didn't bring up the topic at all. Plus she is standing behind a plastic screen. She wasn't rude to Karen in the slightest. Nicky has a heart of gold and I've personally have seen her go above and beyond for customers, esp vulnerable old customers. She is an absolute delight and I will not have someone dishonestly run her name into the ground. So if the boss of Nisa is reading this you would be a monumental fool to question her. Keep it real homies. :)

I don't do reviews, but was taken aback on how polite and helpful the staff were this morning. It deserves a mention.Well done keep it up

I popped into the shop the other day. I am a diabetic and what i am able to eat can get confusing at times. Nikki the young lady behind the counter was incredibly helpful. I was stressed, but she put me in the right direction and when i left with my shopping i felt relaxed. If i could give her 10 stars i would.

Always nice in this shop from post office staff to shop staff.always pleasant like a bit of a chat with old folks and help them.some people don't like people being friendly but you know it's nice to be nice life is to short.

Great store to have locally. Decent opening hours. Always well stocked and kept clean.
