Made the problem out to be worse than it was and then completely ripped me off, charging a fortune for an easy fix. Also left things that were deemed to be unsafe, saying it was now OK.

I've used DA Wright a couple of times for electrical work for my Mum, and both times we've been very impressed with the responsiveness, professionalism and really every aspect of the service from all the team. I wish all trades could be like this!
