i would not touch this so call trades man as far as i could throw him. i am a 74 year old pensioner and rely on good trades people to do a good job, this trades man let me down in such stressful way. he said he would order a radiator to be delivered to my home to be fitted the next day by him. i waited for the radiator to be delivered did not turn up because he had not ordered it. also never turned up the next day to fit it or explain. i tried to contact him but he would not answer the or text messages that sent him.

Needed an emergency plumber to test our boiler for leaks. Good communication and went out hist way to get a plumber to us with the right equipment so we could turn the boiler back on.

Chris came to remove a radiator and replace two radiator valves. He was polite, professional and got the job done. There was a slight mishap which Chris rectified straight away. Great job, very happy, would use Chris again and would definitely recommend.

Would recommend. Hired to correct poor workmanship of a previous plumber: replacement shower door, replacement basin, install isolators, fix leak to bath. Reliable, communicative and knows what he’s doing - refreshing after the previous experience!
