Brilliant martial arts club…. The guy who teaches you is very welcoming and polite he also takes his time out to help you individually when your training….best club about and best form or martial arts you won’t find another club like it for those who are wanting to learn self defence this is the best place to go….head down and give it a try you won’t be disappointed.

Ju-Jitsu is ideal for self-defence and maintaining physical fitness, and most of all a very enjoyable art form to learn.I would encourage anyone, regardless of age or physical ability, to give it a try. They are very knowledgeable and skilful instructors and highly recommended.
