would not use this company again. They need to seriously work on their customer service as they seem to be quite happy to change the conditions of the rental contract to suit them and inconvenience the client at the drop of a hat.

I hired the sound and lighting small package for my 21st birthday and for the price the equipment and service was beyond brilliant. Freddie and his team were on time with delivery and pick up and couldn't have been more helpful! This year we use the sound and light guys for the Rotherhithe festival9th July 2022 we agreed a time for them to turn up and to set up and they were punctual they turned up they put the stage up very professional in everything They did we had a stage package which included the mixing deck and speakers they did a very good job indeed and everybody involved the bands were very pleased with the sound of the equipment I’d like to recommend this company to anybody looking for a stage package and I would certainly contact them next year for the festival thank you for a first-class job and the way that it was done very professional indeed I have used Other stage companies over the years and this is the first time that I have used the sound and light guys and I would definitely recommend them if anybody is looking for a stage package thanks and see you again next year

I hired Freddie & Ged for a small private event I was hosting. You couldn't have asked for a better team, the communication was easy, the equipment supplied was great, the set-up and dismantle went smoothly. Pulled out the day before the event, leaving me with no stage, sound or lights and then stole my £1200 deposit. Horrendous company. Do not work with. Bullies.

These guys let me down badly by pulling out of an established local Ball 10 days before the agreed date. This was after I had paid the requested £300 deposit The reason they gave for pulling out was that they don;t do farmer type" events in any way as they expect all farmers and associated businesses to be trouble.Even after explaining to Freddie at the company that the events we were doing are black tie
