I can't thank Mark & Lauren enough for looking after me at my dental appointment. They were kind, considerate to my dental phobia & gave me a really positive experience. I'm amazed at the difference in the service when I compare to my previous experiences. They have restored my faith & although I'm still apprehensive about my future visits I know I will be looked after well. I can highly recommend Regent Street Dental. I am the proud owner of a new crown & can now smile again with confidence.

I had a dental implant in early 2021. Mark and his team were very helpful and informative about the procedure. I am very happy with the efficient service I received. I would highly recommend Mark for anyone needing an implant.

I cannot recommend Mark and his team enough for the recent implant they gave me. The information, advice, skill and care given was second to none and very much appreciated. I have already passed the practices name to friends and won't hesitate to do so again.

After several visits to see Mark over a few years for check ups I decided, after consultation with him to have a tooth extracted yesterday. The procedure was explained fully and carefully and although I had been dreading this I felt reassured with all going to plan. I am extremely satisfied with the treatment I have received over several years from all the staff.

I’ve been a long time patient at Regent Street Dental. My dentist Mr Roberts retired so I was seen by Mark Pugson. I’ve got to say I was a little anxious about seeing a new dentist after being so pleased with my previous one. I had no need to fear! Mark is one of the nicest people I’ve ever had the pleasure to meet. He explains everything so clearly and calmly and his dentistry skills are incredible. Along with his dental nurse Lauren they looked after me with great care and professionalism. I cannot speak highly enough of everyone at this practice.

Like most people the dentist visit is never my favourite thing, but I can honestly say the team from reception staff through to dentists are extremely nice, super knowledgeable and the treatment I received was second to none. I had an implant undertaken by Mark Pugson and a root canal treatment undertaken by Hannah Sharples. From initial contact, both dentists ensured I understood the process and made sure that I was involved the the decision making. I was kept comfortable and painfree with updates given throughout the treatment, including excellent aftercare. I would highly recommend the practice and all the team.

For years I like others have considered a visit to the dentist as a thoroughly negative experience. Not so at the Regent St. Dental. This practice is excellent in its attention to the patients comfort and experience. From the front desk through to the Dentist you are keep informed of what is happening and what is to come next.I was particularly impressed with the new local anaesthetic being used. Gone is the dentist approaching you with what looks like an enormous needle which caused some pain on injection, followed by numbing of half your mouth and jaw and then hours to fade away the sensation. The new system gave me no pain on application, worked on the specific area in my mouth, no overall felling of numbness and I was not aware of any effect in less than 30 minutes after the procedure. This is a great advance to dentistry and will take away many people's fear and apprehension of the dentist.

I honestly hate going to the dentist but after a week of being very unwell ending in my wisdom tooth flaring up so badly I couldn’t open my mouth, or look after my two small children, I had to go.I rang in so much pain and they saw me within a couple of hours. I burst into tears when they told me it needed to come out on the spot (it had been a very bad week) but even though I felt like such a mess Mark and Lauren were so kind and reassuring. They made me feel so confident in them and that I was going to be fine. Lauren held my hand and Mark got the tooth out quickly and without any pain.I was surprised how much better I felt immediately and once the anaesthetic wore off is wasn’t actually that bad at all.Follow up care was great and their reception team (especially Lauren) are very on it and helpful.There’s a lot to be said for such fantastic service when you’re feeling at your absolute lowest. I’d go back to Mark in a heart beat to get any further work done. (Kath my usual dentist is fab too , would definitely recommend) xx

The best dentist I have come across for years. Caring, patient and highly skilled. Right first time is a great joy after all the messing about I had suffered with my former careless dentist in Devon.My TMJ difficulties seem to have evaporated under Mark's care. It is so good to have someone who is interested in the job and uses modern technology when appropriate. A perfectly fitting crown - what a joy.It's good to find a dentist who listens. Wish I had found the practice years ago.
