This is McDonald's so you pretty much know what you are going to get. I've given three stars because service on the day I visited was very slow and no explanation was given. Just a short explanation such as 'Sorry for the delay, we're training new staff today' or 'Lots of people can't get here today' would probably make those queueing less grumpy.

Rock solid pancakes was a massive let down, very disappointed as it was a treat before a hard day's work. I couldn't cut them with the cutlery provided nor could I year the edge it was like rock, the middle pulled out and was just about edible. Didn't have time to go in to complain due to a tight schedule. Very poor performance!

Italian Stack and chicken fiesta were very dry and buns very stale not good. Also please go over food hygiene with your workers. How people touch fries when they inserts them in the boxes and some people were touching their private parts while dealing with customer's foods. This put us off.My wife's chicken fiesta went to the bin after one bite. Very stale and nasty.

Victor the shift manager has been absolutely fantastic. Came here with my nephews and he was so accommodating and friendly. Honestly can't praise him enough. Thank you for your service and kindness Victor you are amazing ! Keep it up !

As with all McD’s these days it’s fade has worn off some. Pretty standard decor and fast cheap food. It was just past 20:00 and the toilets were closed which was an inconvenience. The tray our food was placed on was dirty and had some food from the previous service left on it. Not great for cleanliness.

Sorry for showing a picture of my half eaten McSpicy (LOL) but I had to try it first and it's DELISH and more-ish!Actually way better than KFC's Zinger Burger.
