Didn't use the company but they did leave a massive truck parked outside my house with the engine running for around 15 minutes for no reason. Its a residential area not an industrial estate

Just been given a load of abuse by an Auto Support driver in Sainsburys car park in Kidderminster. Whilst reversing out of a disabled parking space he drove past blasting his horn. I informed him that my reversing lights were on and i was halfway out of the space, so he should give way. His language in front of my disabled wife was atrocious. Read the Highway code.

Awful customer service. Been waiting for car to be delivered and is nearly an hour late. Tried calling the number they gave me but keeps ringing out. Would give 0 stars.

I unfortunately found myself in need of recovery and turned to the internet for assistance. I was lucky to find Auto Support and I have to say what fantastic service, from the helpful call handler and to the amazing roadside recovery agent, Carl who was very friendly and helpful and got me home safe.

Your business was used by Start Rescue to recover my car from Upton on Severn to a local garage this morning.Very impressed by the service, the vehicle sent was state of the art and arrived right on time. Your driver was very efficient and obviously enjoyed his job. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
