Lovely staff, helped me with an online order, I got in and out no problems but I felt the till area was far too crowded with sales points as if it were a barricade from the general public, completely understandable but didn't seem welcoming. If you need a hand against the hordes of zombies gimme a call.

Bought a new gaming keyboard from here fantastic product and surprisingly cheaper than buying online. Good Customer Service. However small selection of gaming keyboard and mice. Also sell used phones etc.

Very poor customer service from the manager, he charged for an extra battery charger over the Xbox price I had been told and claimed it was part of a bundle. I pointed out that he had not told me this and he then called me a liar for saying he had not told me.He refused a refund, only offered a credit voucher for the cash I had just paid, I believe this is illegal. I assume Trading Standards will give me the correct answer when I contact them

Some of the worst customer service I've ever had the misfortune of experiencing. Refused a replacement of a recently purchased defective Gameboy. Nintendo were more than happy to repair it free of charge, so it all came right in the end, but I'll never shop here again.
