I suffered 25 days without any hot water or heating when I first moved into my Orbit property then, after agreeing to pay me £50 compensation, I received a letter, telling me that the money would be initially used, to clear any arrears from my rent account and, I would receive whatever was left (if anything)! Hardly compensation then, is it?Useless company to deal with.I'm guessing that the 5 star ratings, are coming from Orbits staff as, no tennant would knowingly rate them, this highly.

Would give a negative star rating if I could. Anyone thinking of buying a flat that is managed by Orbit do yourself a favour and don't the service is none existent.I can't begin to tell you the stresses I've been through constantly trying to get even the simpliest communcation back from Orbit.On top of everything they don't bother trying to comply with laws that basically means I now can't even sell my flat. The people runing orbit should really be put behind bars its shocking.

I irate Orbit at 3 stars for the amount of time it takes to get through on the phone ..however I rate the staff and the service 5 stars they are very helpful and understanding ..

COMPLAINT | Annual Service Charge Statement (B50)I’ve contacted Orbit Housing recently on behalf of an elderly relative because of a few concerns she wanted to raise on receiving her Annual Service Charge statement.The ‘customer service’ I’ve received so far, to say that I’m appalled, is a massive understatement. I’m literally shocked and saddened that other customers, potentially elderly customers, may have to endure such terrible service on issues they feel necessary to raise.After 17 days of my initial contact, my relativestill hasn’t been contacted or had an outcome. So far, we’ve just received excuses of an employee being on annual leave, poor case management and abuse (‘case ping pong’ between employees) - this, failing to meet their agreed departmental and customer expectations.I’m just thankful my relative has the help and support of her family, I genuinely worry for those that don’t.** My relatives concerns and my complaint were escalated on 28/01/2022 to Manager: Dan Hancocks (Coventry). **

They have no idea how to look after there disabled tenners.I have not had a wet room for 6 days now and all they can say is nothing.As if you don't even exists they don't care disabled doest mean a thing to this companyAs long as they get there rent each week.So under heath and hygiene disabled people don't need to shower and to cut cost they even gave me a Porto loo incase I need the loo.Thet don't even deserve 1 STAR

Zero response to multiple complaints. Zero response to multiple reports of black mould spanning 20 years. Emergency plumber didn't bother to fix anything, he was in a rush to be elsewhere and very open about it... despite water leaking into electrics. Yeah mate the water is leaking at the bottom"... despite clear signs of it overflowing from the top of the cistern.Orbit were very good at communicating how they were increasing the rent though.Disgraceful treatment."

If there was an option got 0 stars I would have selected that! This company is a joke, they left me and my partner in a mouldy, damp, unlivable property for 3 years. When we had to finally move out due to my partner suffering with health issues due to the mould, they had the audacity to try and charge us extra (which we did not and will not EVER pay). Upgrade your customer services team as they are rude and obnoxious, the amount of times I have called this pathetic excuse of a company to have a snappy rude advisor on the end of the phone is uncountable. My advice to you is if your going to run a Housing Association" prioritize your customers."

WON’T LET ME GO LOWER! 1 Star is being generous. Toilet leaking/gushing after it is flushed, not the clean pipe, the dirty pipe! Put on an appointment, then a 24 hour call out, after waiting all day, called back asked what is happening. They then said it is not deemed an emergency, need to wait till 23rd Oct! Genuinely beyond a joke and feel sorry for any family that is housing with them. Glad we’re leaving Orbit housing group, hopefully the company folds one day and goes into administration! Sooner they’re either gone or taken over by another company the better!

Update 07/2018Trying to complain about unsocial tenant is a magnificent experience of evasive unaccountablity. 5stars for pass the buck...Services level on repairs is diabolical. 7 days to wait for a boiler repair in the winter. Engineers don't turn up when booked. Nobody accoutable just one roundabout of excuses.If I could leave negative stars I would.
