Place was busy and bustling, makes one think if the food is great. We tried chicken bread, chicken pasty and kids waffle. Waffle was good, presentation was great. Chicken breast and pasty was absolutely awful. Certainly not fresh and very chewy.We did a take away of jalebi and that was awesome. All in all, not a great experience , don't think I'll be going there again other than for jalebi.

The ice-cream was amazing!! Loved the different flavours I got: pistachio, ferraro rocher, cheesecake, etc. We were spoiled for choice. The decor upstairs was especially aesthetic. However, the service was a little long and most of the tables upstairs didn't seem to be cleaned regularly.

Shocked is a understatement a desert bar what actulay does very good food had a smash burger and a plain classic cheese and tomato pizza and deserts and would defo go again plus wife loved her Samosa chaat and kids loved there deserts sorry no pictures the smash burger or pizza scraned it all

I came on Saturday nearly closing time ( 23:50 ) gave my order and was waiting.The lady on the till started the cleaning the front surface. Wet towel and was cleaning around trays full of food and toppings without even covering them. Then at one point something fell in the Halwa " and she picked

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING!!!I brought cheesecake from them yesterday and as I was going to eat it I found bits of mould on it. How disgusting!!!! Imagine how long it's been there for. They clearly don't make things fresh. They then had the nerve to tell me its not mould its part of the cheesecake LOLOLL. Anyway they did nothing. The lady who btw is sooo rude, needs an attitude check, went to the till took out money and basically said bye. The health standards need to visit that dirty place.

!!! AVOID !!! Went down with the family and got cookie dough which was burnt and tasted burnt. The faluda milkshake tastes Absolutely disgusting. The staff just have attitude or have a face on and doesnt make it welcoming at all. Asked for the cake to be warmed and they couldnt even get that right. The waffle wasnt cooked properly and was doughy to eat..it was sickening. They have made the place look nice however cant maintain it..the chairs and tables are sticky..the floors are disgusting. Used to come here a lot of times but my past few visits have been horrendous. Its a complete waste of money!!

If I could give the rating any less I would , they don’t even deserve the 1 star ! the staff especially the guy serving us who said he was the boss’s son , was absolutely disrespectful I don’t think he’s going to get far in life with his attitude..over an ice cream which was put in tubs and we wanted to change it to cones !! Literally his behaviour towards customers was awful , it was very disappointing that they stand behind the counters and try squaring up to customers especially girls and show a lot of attitude behind the counterAbsolutely disgusting behaviour , they need to get their staff to do a course about respecting customers and probably just in general how to not over heat a conversation that has nothing to do with them.Honestly such bad customer service and I think the health officers should come pay a visit to this store , as I believe many people are receiving mould on their food!!!!!Not referring to all staff , as when this did happen - one staff member who was a lot older did come out and apologise , so we are great full for his customer service

The decor done to a generally good standard. Looks deceitful warm and inviting. The milkshake tasted off, we waiting 15 minutes for the ice creams to be bought to our table. The girls behind the counter don’t look happy at all.

Last minute order and was given a raw waffle via delivery. Tried to call with no answer. Also one milkshake came with out of date milk or something inside of it as the taste was disgusting. Disappointed and will be reporting this

The elderly gentleman working upstairs was brilliant with my 4 year old child even though she doesn’t understand much urdu she was happy & felt at ease around him. He went above & beyond & out of his way for her out of the goodness of his heartb& we all felt very welcomed by him. Brilliant customer service from him & i’ll be coming back specially cos of him & hopefully ask him what his name is this time.Came in after 3 years yesterday night sunday 12th November as a last minute plan to keep my child entertained as we had all ate already so never ordered much but the moroccan wrap is delicious as it comes with the Moroccan sauce, never tasted any wrap like that ever before so loved the unique flavour. Got some desserts too which were all amazing.
