Lovely large rooms with high ceilings and period features, especially in the communal areas; fixtures and fittings can be a bit dated, leading to high costs of refurbishment.

If you get a chance to go into this building, it's worth it. Stunning ballroom, which is used for the book festival and concerts.

My mum has just purchased a flat in Harvest House and had an issue with the time left on the lease. The management company were excellent and everything was easily rectified. She is now moving in and very happy with her purchase.
