Don’t get passports photos here. We purchased two sets for me and my wife, drove to Newport S Wales for an express passport and we’re rejected because faces on photos were too small. Refund given but no compensation for wasted fuel or time. Paid £21.98 for two sets only to find afterwards that excellent quality photos of the correct size were available for £12 for two sets.

I’ve had poor experience. After calling them they confirmed that they do photographs for Greek passports. When I arrived on site, instead of a studio, I found a passport photo booths just outside Tesco. After checking the country options on the screen, Greece was not there. From my perspective, it was a waste of my time.

Wanted to use the photo booth for ID pics £6 but couldn't find it? Instead was quoted £12.99 at Spielmann counter in Asda for same.

I went all the way to tescos in castle lane Bournemouth from Wimborne Friday afternoon .I arrived at 515pmOnly to find the photo shop closed and no one there .I was going to collect a mug I had had printed for my grandaughter for her Father for Father’s Day .I was very disappointed and in future I will use a service on line

I got a card and photo in a frame from here. The picture on the card was poor and the edges of the card had not been trimmed. Same with the photo in the glass block frame, the edges all sticking out and looked awful. Moonpig etc is cheaper, go with them.

Very poor quality documents printing. Although printed from original documents but still not clear colour. The lady was in there not much helpful as I always get 10% Tesco colleague’s discount and my other colleagues gets discount from there but today the lady denied. Much disappointed !
