This is a scam! They do not respond to emails (they may reply saying we haven't received anything, it's all bs) and their number is not recognised. No updates on the order so please avoid it! If you order from here then you have only yourself to blame.

Terrible. The same. Two weeks ago bought the product and two weeks nothing. Sent 5 emails no reply, phone number is not recognised! Did not want to but first time leaving bad review.

Ordered an item a few weeks ago and still did not receive no information regarding the order nor any information about the delivery. I have tried to contact the store via email but did not get any response. Please, can someone help!

Very poor communication, order not received. Emails returned as not delivered and phone not answered. In the end, sadly, I had to do a complaint with Paypal to get a refund.

Placed an order on Monday, 3 days later no mention of the item being dispatched. Emailed quering this - no reply. Called them - went to answerphone.

Nearly a month since I placed my order and no goods received and numerous ignored messages from the company. Only getting my money back thanks to PayPal. Avoid this company - obviously creating fake reviews on here to make themselves look legit. IT'S A SCAM.

My daughter bought some protein from this site on 1 October. Nothing has been received. They have ignored emails, phone calls and insta messages. Now trying to get my money back. If this place is legitimate then they have a serious problem with their customer service. I'm going with not legit. Just taken her money!
