IA Decorators & Property Maintenance

I cannot recommend them highly enough. IA Decorators are fantastic, professional and really friendly. They have done a selection of jobs for us over the years - from replacing garden fences, painting and decorating - and they have been so good. I will definitely be using them again the future.

We've been calling IA for a few years now for the things that need repairing in our pretty old house. They are great. On-time, professional, and they do excellent work. I can highly recommend them.

Ian and his team carried out a range of interior and exterior jobs for me including a very impressive renovation of the porch canopy and bay window - both renovated/restored to their original style. They were always efficient, friendly, tidy and helpful.

We are absolutely delighted with the work carried out by Ian (end of September 2023). From the very start, Ian was responsive, helpful, and understanding. His quotation was given quickly and within the timeframe given, and the work was started as soon as he was able to coordinate with neighbours, scaffolders, etc. Communication throughout was excellent. Ian was always accommodating and worked with diligence and professionalism. A number of our neighbours have employed Ian for their own needs, which is testament to the excellent work he does. He has done a very good job on the outside and parts of the inside of our house, whilst also attending to repairs to our roof which Ian pointed out needed urgent attention. We will not hesitate to use Ian again. We highly recommend.

Ian and the team have done a fantastic job of painting our house. They were punctual, friendly, tidy and very pleasant to have around the house. They couldn't do enough to help us out, completely flexible and brilliantly helpful. I would recommend them without any hesitation (and I have been recommending them to all my friends!)

Ian designed and constructed a patio area for our garden swing with which we are highly delighted and use as much as we can. He made a thorough and painstaking job and left no mess behind. On another occasion he replaced the decaying barge boards on our house, back and front, with modern cement boards with which we are also very pleased.
