Don't give 1 star unless it's warranted.. Went as a nervous patient with bad history of botched dentistry". Had an obvious cavity between and in two teeth. Young woman at reception was lovely and reassuring.. then I met the most arrogant and least personable dentist ever... I explained the problem

My teeth are in BAD shape and I can only praise the team at Envisage. Andrew is professional and understanding and I have nothing but confidence in him. I have so far had to get 3 extractions and though it was an uncomfortable experience, his confidence and assurance throughout the whole process was exactly what I needed. Going back to get more done next week and though I still am definitely not looking forward to it I 100% know I am safe in his hands. Nicola the hygienist is also one of the nicest humans I have ever encountered. Overall as much as I have a fear of the dentist and sensory issues with the work I've had to get done, I know it'll all be worth it in the end when I get my smile back and I'm so thankful to everyone in the team for the experience they've given me, even if I cried the whole time. I never thought I'd step foot in a dentist again after previous experiences, let alone feel unconditionally supported.

I’m an extremely nervous patient and have needed sedated in the past for any type of treatment. Andrew and Chelsea are great and have helped me overcome my fear of the dentist and successfully get the work carried out. (18 month waiting list for sedation and would of lost a few teeth) I can finally smile again.

Poor standards receptionists think they can tell you what’s what when they are receptionist not dentist technicians and also things not getting recorded properly so when u go to se the dentist technician they don’t no what your talking about all because reception think they no what your problem is without actually seeing you.

I am really scared of visiting the dentist after a bad experience as a child with a school dentist. Managed to get fitted in here after lock down. No need to worry was put at my ease straight away. Needed lots of treatment but completed now. Lovely friendly staff. No need to worry just explain how you feel and you will be reassured. One to keep.

After years of not going to a dentist because i’m terrified, i managed to get booked in here with my 3 year old daughter. Dentists attitude was absolutely appalling, i left in tears at the way i was spoken to. Was judged for drinking fizzy juice and told ‘never mind the sugar, that’s a lot of calories’ which is a comment i would not accept from anyone let alone a stranger, to comment on my weight when im there about my teeth was so unnecessary. Then said my daughter needed fillings and was told ‘she sits there and lets me do it or she’s being referred to the hospital, i don’t have time to play games im very busy with other patients’ WHAT 3 year old is going to sit awake and get 4 jags in their mouth and let someone drill their teeth? Absolutely awful and disgusting attitude, i should have reported him sooner but thought it pointless. Needless to say we never went back and now have an amazing dentist elsewhere.

Had an appointment here after a filling fell out while in Falkirk working, very nervous patient, delighted with the work done. Andrew went above and beyond to fix my tooth, thank you so much. I would 100% recommend Envisage dentistry to anyone needing a dentist.Thank you so so much!
