My MSI GP76 laptop’s hinge is broken and so back LCD is needed to be replaced and Jacob ordered it from China. However it took sometime to wait for the part, it’s been arrived today and it’s been fixed after I have dropped it to Lucian, Jacob’s colleague, for just a few hours. Even, Lucian came and dropped my laptop at my home and it’s really nice of him. Thanks Jacob and Lucian for the quick service. I really appreciate it.

Fantastic service that helped repair an extremely complicated and difficult problem. The company worked extremely hard on short notice to repair my PC, going through dozens of tests and trying lots of different parts to make sure it was working. Excellent service. I needed to replace the battery and charging port for my Lenovo laptop. I've used Jakub's service once regarding my laptop being very slow, he changed the RAM very quickly and gave me honest advice. This time I need to replace the batteries (an unrelated issue). He ordered the battery and told me as soon as they arrive. He then got it done within 30 minutes, and only charged £10ish for his service (on top of the battery prce itself). He's a honest worker that only started his own business recently and care dearly about his customer's experience. Would recommend this to any of my friend with problems regarding their laptop!

Jacob has been a true lifesaver diagnosing and fixing my laptop in a single day. My laptop turned off and was not responding. Jacob found and fixed the problems with the motherboard and power supply. He kept me constantly updated on the process and my options, and the price was very reasonable too! Very highly recommended!

the staff is very friendly and helpful, he didnt charge me for his time since he could not get the laptop working. But he did work on it for 2 days straight and i can see that hes working very hard. Overall a very nice experience but my laptop was beyond repair.

I am exceptionally pleased to have found this company. I initially asked for a quote to fix a laptop charging port. The response and information provided by the company was not only quick but detailed. When they had my laptop they suggested upgrades In order to provide longevity- again I was very impressed as I knew it needed more ram as it was an older laptop. Turnaround time from drop off to completion was quick - 5 days, I now have a fully functioning laptop with upgraded ram and SSD! Absolutely thrilled. No problems since- it’s been 2 weeks of daily use. Pricing is highly competitive.I would highly recommend this company and will always use them in the future. A++
