absolutely appalling service and appalling taxi company. stay away from this company, do not use them. office staff and taxi drivers have an attitude problem. cars don't arrive on time. no manager available to make complaint, office staff kept hanging up, don't want to listen. ended up missing train and had to pay over £100 for taxi to airport. not the first time I've had problems with them.

Repeatedly let down. Used this company every morning for 9 days and will now stop. Only arrived on time 3 times, other days at least 15 minutes late and today, after, several calls and 'it'll be there in 3 or 4 minutes' excuses and a 30 minute wait, I gave up. Get told cars are on they way when they are only being dispatched at the time of the chase up call. Been booking the cars the night before, get confirmation texts, and then they clearly still forget to send a car or try to fit in a job before my booking. A local business, in my postcode area and can't organise their jobs properly and don't seem to care that a customer might want a reliable service.

They were OK on the way out nice driver and a nice car maybe a bit expensive for a 20min drive ( £30) but it was the price i was quoted on my way back from Reading to ipsden they charged me £45 for the same jorney in the other direction. I'm not impressed.

Absolutely disgusted by this company, we booked a people carrier to drop us off and pick us up to and from rewind festival, which in in a field in Henley, drop off was fine apart from his speeding down country roads on the way there and almost causing an accident twice on country lanes, when it got to midnight, the time we arranged both with the office and the driver, he was no where to be seen, rang the company they said they had no record of this booking, when asked if they could send us a different people carrier we were told they were all fully booked, then when asked if they had two smaller cars they could send and we would pay extra they said no and put the phone down on us.I tried to call back they didn't answer rang back on private number, they answered and when asked if they could please help as they had left five woman stranded in a dark field in the middle of nowhere the response was a scoff and again the phone put down! I would never use this company again and think their customer service is horrendous

Choose a different company! Incredibly rude office staff, I will not be using again. Having used them a fair bit in the past, I've experienced prices being up and down and cars being old and tatty, but being spoken to so rudely is a new low for them. Don't give them your hard earned money.

This company operates under a number of different names, one of which is platinum cars.I was overcharged when I paid (cash) so I called up to query why I paid more than the receipt said. opeThe phonerator was very rude and unhelpful, offering to send me an updated" receipt and then hanging up.Not a bad service

Hands down, the worst taxi experience I've ever had... Avoid at all cost? On our return journey, being picked up from Gatwick, the driver was unbelievably rude after I disagreed with the price he was quoting as it did not agree with the confirmation I had received. He proceeded to take our bags out of the taxi, and what made it horrendous was the fact that we had our 6 month old baby with us... Icing on the cake was that the lady in the office was even more aggressive and offensive as the driver was... Disrespectful staff, dishonest company.

Do not use this taxi service - turn up 20 minutes late and try to charge more when you are in the car - they don’t care & do not apologise awful service will never use again

Booked taxi overnight for following morning. Very clear with details to make ongoing connection with airport coach transfer. But taxi operator had no recollection of my booking in the morning, and couldn't recall our conversation from a few hours previously. Did not apologise for the taxi no-show and maintained that I had called a different taxi company previously (I hadn't. I double-checked).

We had a real nightmare with this company. I booked two cars from them, even giving card details to confirm the booking, but then the cars failed to turn up until called to chase the booking. When they finally turned up, the driver tried to overcharge us vs what the same company had charged us earlier in the day. Driver claimed to own the company and three others, one of which he couldn't remember the name of. If you use them, agree the price before you begin the journey.
