Have used Beach Road Dry Cleaners for a few weeks now to clean and press my suits, trousers and shirts for work. It is totally unacceptable to let a customer collect a damaged item without telling them about the issue so that they don't even realise there is a problem until they get home.Then deny all responsibility not even an offer of refund for the so called cleaning. There are plenty of other places offering a similar service, would suggest using any one of them in preference.
