Had my screen replaced here. Poor quality screen, cracked straight away. Also now have blurred lines going across the screen and software issues with my music and itunes app. Took it back the next day, but they weren't interested in helping.

I would warn people off using this company. Had my iPad screen replaced here. Quoted one price on the phone, then an extra £25 when I took iPad into store. Screen replaced OK but home button only works intermittently now. When I took it back they said that they could try to take screen off and fix home button but at MY risk - if screen cracked I'd have to pay again.

Owner is a liar. He claimed he replaced my iphone display with an Apple part. Less than 2 weeks later it has badly malfunctioned and the display is obviously a cheap knockoff. My phone is unusable and to add insult to injury, his assistant is refusing a refund. Total con artist. I am reporting him to INTU. Avoid this dishonest character.

Wouldn’t even give it 1 star but had to to be able to write! Absolute disgrace of a shop, wouldn’t exchange or return a phone case that I got told was easy to remove phone from I.e flexible , it was not flexible and the plastic snapped! Would not go again! Terrible shop!!!

Only gave them 1 star to write review or it would of been 0. Bought some headphones 2 days ago the charger wire coming apart and left earphone not working got told that I had damaged them myself.I am now going to give them 2 stars as I took the headphones back today 3 days later a different member of staff was in and he changed them no bother

Staff *try* to be helpful, and prices ok for non-online, but they gave me a wrong battery to try - saying it would be fine to return, but only offered a credit slip back after trying it.A quick check online would show that the batteries aren't the same type - and sadly I was out of battery (!) so couldn't check myself, and took them at their word.If you aren't sure about what you want, avoid - you aren't likely to want to go back if there's a problem.
