Was told the parts replaced were Samsung parts but obviously they aren't. The back of my phone cracked again within a week and I've barely even used it and didn't even drop my phone. Very dodgy and expensive. Wouldn't trust. Also when I didnt come to collect straight away they kept phoning me repeatedly leaving messages, it felt like harassment. Very poor customer service and they just want to rip you off. They don't care about the customer only money
